Serving Suggestion

Serving Suggestion: Start with 1ml once a day up to 2 ml , 2x - 4x a day by itself or mixed with beverages / food. Up to 100 servings in 100ml (depending on how much is used)

All mushroom products can be enjoyed at any time of the day. In our experience, there is no meaningful difference between taking most mushrooms in the morning, afternoon or evening. The exception may be Lion's Mane and Turkey Tail, which we suggest to take earlier in the day as, for some people, they may have similar effects to caffeine, but gentler. The best time is simply the time you will remember to take them consistently.
