"Loving this. As someone who is up getting ready to start the day at 2:30am I’m finding after 4weeks of adding chaga to some warm water first thing helps me kick into gear. Feeling a little of that early morning mental fog lifted. Maybe due to to this welcome quiet moment. I’ve upgraded my next subscription to include the 6 other mushroom extracts with the AM and PM. Now if only I could be sipping these in a peaceful forest home, morning and night 😆! While I keep working on this dream, I’m hoping the extracts will benefit my body and mind and get me through this working life."
