Made from Reishi mushrooms grown on our farm in Victoria, these capsules are filled with our very own mushroom powders, produced by gently freeze-drying and milling the mushroom fruiting body.

With no added rice, starches, or grain-based carriers, it reflects the composition of the original mushroom — nothing more, nothing hidden.

Independently tested to quantify fungal beta-glucans, a key structural component found in mushrooms, allowing you to compare products using measurable data rather than assumptions.

Serving Suggestion

1 - 2 capsules daily with meals, providing approximately 0.6g of Reishi mushroom powder per serving.

All mushroom products can be enjoyed at any time of the day. In our experience, there is no meaningful difference between taking most mushrooms in the morning, afternoon or evening. The exception may be Lion's Mane and Turkey Tail, which we suggest to take earlier in the day as, for some people, they may have similar effects to caffeine, but gentler. The best time is simply the time you will remember to take them consistently.

Would 1 capsule a day be enough?: When it comes to dosage, there are no clinical studies telling how much we should have and for how long to address any specific issue. As with all functional food, I would suggest starting with a low dosage and slowly increase.
