Having tried two other leading Australian brands of Reishi mushroom - brands that use an extract of the fruiting body - this is a clear winner, despite being made up solely of the fruiting body - grown using an organic process, I understand. Never have I had such a deep and replenishing sleep. I literally wake up the next day feeling like a clean slate, with little to no residue of the previous day. The healing benefits of Reishi have been well documented, but Ninth Path have produced such a beautiful product. I’ll never switch brands now!

I have been taking these capsules for 3 weeks now. I am sleeping better, which isn't the reason I bought them, just a nice benefit. I started these for arthritic purposes. Apparently reishi and cordyceps work in synergy together. I take those 2, plus a tumeric/black pepper supplement and I am so happy I have. My hip bursa pain (present for 3 years) is no longer causing pain at night (I'm a side sleeper) and my joints aren't aching like they normally do in Winter. I am not an elelderly person, which is why I sought the mushroom path to aid in my early osteo joint pain. Added benefit is their antiviral properties in Winter as well. Highly recommend and will continue taking.I am taking 1 capsule a day.
