We use Seven Extracts (which include Trinity Extract) and Golden Ray Tea as longevity tonics along with sleep, exercise, meditation and diet."

"I was suffering terribly from brain fog, from stress, menopause, lack of sleep, I was finding I had trouble remembering things at work and at home. This lead to issues at work, not remembering receiving orders, to making clerical errors on jobs I could previously complete in my sleep. I did some research and found recommendations for mushrooms. "I haven't changed anything else, just added Trinity to my morning coffee. I expected to wait weeks for any signs it was working. Since that first day I feel, well, better. Not dragging myself from one task to the next but engaging with what I'm doing. It is an odd feeling for me. If this is a placebo effect then it's the most valuable placebo I ever laid my hands on. I am a little shocked at the results to be honest."

- Hello - Given it is approx. 30% alcohol, the shelf life is quite long. Nevertheless, to be safe and more specific, we suggest using it within 6 months after purchase and keep it way from heat / direct sun light.
