"I could notice changes in my sleep with these reishi extract. And it is quite noticeable if you take it regularly. However, I did not notice much relaxation after taking it before sleeping (even if I wait for 1hr after taking it). Apart from this, I have tried reishi extract of an Indian company (Nuvedo), and with theirs, I could notice relaxation pretty much instantly. But note that Australian strain of reishi is different than Global strain, so it might be because of that reason. Another minor note is that it taste pretty bad. I have tried the one with glycerine (instead of alcohol) and absolutely loved the taste. Rest assured, it is a great product for someone looking for reishi in Australia!"
